If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your product(s) to us within 14 days of purchase. We will not action the refund until the product(s) arrives at the returns address below.
It is advised to email us once you ship the product(s) to this adress:

We can only file refunds and/or accept returns in the following circumstances:
(1)- If you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s).
(2)-If the product(s) you ordered wasn't the one you received. (Wrong Product, Wrong Size, Wrong Color).
(3)-If the product(s) received is defective or damaged.
For case (1) and (2) to return any product(s) received, it must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging. If the product is returned with damages, you will not receive the refund. For case (2), If the product(s) you ordered wasn't the one you received, enough evidence that proves we sent the wrong item must be presented to us. once we notify you to ship it to us should you ship to our adress, upon receiving it we can either refund you or send the one you had originally ordered depending on your preference.
For case (3) we will refund it if there is enough evidence that proves the item came from us in a defective or damaged condition. That evidence should be emailed to us and once we confirm that it is indeed defective or damaged will we refund you. We may or may not request the product(s) to be shipped back, in the positive case, we will not action the refund until the product(s) arrives at the returns address similarly to case (1) and (2).
We will not refund postage/shipping costs and you are responsible for return postage charges. We highly recommend you post with tracking and/or "signed for" as we will not take responsibility for an item lost or damaged in the post. For cases (2) and (3) we cover the shipping to you of the product(s)'s replacement only after we have received the product(s), for case (2) and in case of our request for case (3). This shipping method is of our choice and we let you know once we ship it.
In case we don't have more of the product(s) you want to exchange because of its defectiveness, damaged nature or wrong product(s), case (2) and (3), it is your responsability to check the messages we email adressing the unavailability of such product(s). In that case a refund will be filed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not offer exchanges for different products, colors or sizes.
Exchanges only apply for cases (2) and (3) as previously mentioned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for products purchased from other online stores, stockists or third party providers.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
By order refund we exclusively refer to the product(s)'s value.
